I am using Windows 10, 64 bit.Before resetting, I had a game installed via CD. Now I want to reinstall it, but it tells me; An Administrator has Blocked You from running this App. Contact the administrator.....I turned off all my security features and retried, but I continue to get the same notification. The problem? When I go to settings, it lists me as the administrator, so I am not sure why I don't have the ability to tell the computer to let it run. I right-clicked on the program and selected Run as an Administrator, but still the same. So what is the problem here? Why does it seem like se
