mobile network not connecting to pc

hello,I am unable to connect my mobile data network to my pc. The WIFI ,mobile hotspot, aeroplane mode is not even showing.I am also not able to troubleshoot because of no internet connection. As well as the adapter is only showing ethernet connection option. Can anyone please help.
