Windows Installation stuck at 64%. Please help

My laptop was running super slow, took almost 30 minutes to start and run an application. I did a Defrag and it didn't help. So I did a factory reset. Now my laptop is stuck in the installation at 64%. I don't know what to do. Any advice would be very appreciated.
