Cannot connect to internet after Windows update in Aug in Aug 2023

After update windows 10 22h2, it cannot connect to internet. The adater can show in network and connection and it showed connected to WIFI network. However, in CMD when type "ipconfig", the adapter is not showed. It can only be fixed after uninstall the update.
