my computer has been freezing up and locking up lately. I am forced to turn off the computer through the power button often.

As the title states, I don't know why this continues to persists but I've been trying to find as many options to help with the issue and there's no fixing the issue. I thought it could be a power management issue or things like that but I can't seem to figure out the problem as to why my computer continue to freeze up.
