Error Code: x80048869

Hello,I'm currently trying to sign into my xbox/microsoft account on the xbox app & xbox game bar but I get given the error code x80048869. But when clicking on this code for more info it comes back with nothing at all, and when i try to login it then tells me I have no internet connection even though I clearly do as I'm writing this question from the same device I'm trying to login on.
