My pc cant boot and it says no signal after updating my graphic drivers

How do i enter safe mode?I try the on and off 3 times to enter but my pc still does not boot into safe mode.I checked my ram , psu and motherboard . Everything is working fine.Even all my fans , graphic card and cpu is spinning but it shows no signal
