Windows won't unrecognize my son as Administrator on his desktop.

In Account Settings, I am showing as the Administrator, my son is shown as 'Member.' Yet when I go to Family Settings in Microsoft, I get the warning that he is logged in as an Administrator on that desktop, which is keeping Family Safety settings from working properly. Nothing I do in the desktop seems to correct the Family account settings online. Yet, on his profile in Microsoft Family, he is shown as 'Member' as well. He's getting in trouble with his remote school work, so I really need Family Safety to work properly. It works just fine on his laptop, which is logged into the same acc
