How do I turn off all Microsoft family settings?

How do I turn off all the restrictions and family settings that have been put on my Microsoft account? I am an adult and am not part of anyone's family group. I didn't turn any of these settings on and they've been stopping me from doing basic things I need to use my computer for (including work related tasks). How do I get rid of all these restrictions?Windows 10
