I have just gotten my computer back up and running after 5 days thanks to the most recent update. It blue-screened my computer and fried my SSD in addition to other things. It mostly has affected processors but it did some damage all the same. I have 2 other friends who had to fully format and reinstall as well. Has Microsoft taken any responsibility and should they be liable for it? I ended up replacing my SSD but the cost of lost time and the pain that having to troubleshoot this is annoying.
