I've been searching for a solution to this problem with no luck, need some help, please The device manager shows all disk drives as (disk drive), not the name of the manufacturer. Screenshot when i run msinfo32 to check storage, it shows up like Lightshot — screenshot tool for Mac & Win in mined it also supposed to show the Model but it didn't some how,I've tried everything to fix it i couldn't figure it out. I searched everywhere and even tried to "sfc /scannow" and also "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and also check for viruses with no luck .Is there a way to fix i
