Acer Nitro 5 is my laptop. The first thing I did was to open the Windows Defender Firewall in the Control panel and as you can see from the image to this link

(I'm getting errors in this page when I upload a photo that is why I had to upload it to imgur so I could show it). It got the error 0x8007042c and even if I try to click the "restore to default" I am presented by the same error. I had to do some searching for a bunch of hours now to look for a solution, I tried starting the service through the services.msc, I can't find "Windows Firewall" so I looked for
