forgot my password to windows and the recent update has caused the blue screen of death what can I do

After receiving recent update I'm now getting a blue screen error. I can't uninstall the update because I can't remember my password because I only use a pin normally to get into my account. I have access to my Microsoft account on my phone and I have my authenticator app on my phone but can't remember the actual password for my windows. I'm stuck here don't know what to do computer won't restart without going to the blue screen I'm at a loss
