I have a windows update problem!

my brother download a windows 10 activator from a crappy website and run it and i instantly closed it but i am not sure if it deleted my or disabled windows update service. Through troubleshooting i observe that it is saying that i have windows update blocker. plz help me i want to install update and i want to disable the update blocker!
