Internet Explorer sign-in when I don't have it installed?

So I've reached out to support several times and I haven't had a solid answer, as such I wanted to ask it here. Sometimes on my sign-in activity it says I use Internet Explorer even though a support agent has shown me it isn't installed. (For context I use Firefox) Is there any reason why this would happen? My sign-in activity seems to be perfectly fine besides this glitch, bug or whatever it is.

Can't use phone link. I try to set it up and it ask me for my Microsoft Password and when I put it in it doesn't go anywhere, just back to the sign in
