Sky Go in slow motion with no sound

I have seen this is a problem on a previous thread:Redirecting Go has suddenly gone into slow motion, no buffering, no soundI have tried the advice given including reinstalling Sky Go, restarting graphics driver, updating graphics driver and reinstalling graphics driver but with no resolutionSystem SKU is C1002 graphics drivers - Intel(R) UHD Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce MX250
