How can I get my windows 10 to reinstill?

I have a windows 8.1 dell laptop and I purchased windows 10 software from microsoft and installed it and it worked fine. However I had issues with my laptop and I had to do a factory reset which took it back to windows 8.1. I tried to reinstall windows 10 and when it is almost complete it reboot to complete the process . I have tried everything I have read here and nothing helps.
