Use Microsoft 365 without the windows virus connecting to my account

I want to use microsoft office. So I bought a subscription to office 365 (since every f****ing thing is a g******ed subscription nowadays ecause we're in the worst timeline).Every time I sign into office windows steals my information and saves/connects to my account, after which it appears in 'email & accounts'.I don't want this. I never consented to this. There's no legitimate reason the operating system (which is on a local account) should know that I've signed into office and what my account is. I literally only have a subscription to 365 because libreoffice refuses to give the option
