Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10

Please help with Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10. I attached setuperr.log fail. A bunch of errors but no idea how to resolve them. SFC or DISM /scanhealth does not return errors. Windows 7 DISM doesn't have /restorehealth option. I also tried to upgrade to Windows 8and 8.1 but also get to the same "Windows installation has failed error".Tried various Windows 10 versions from 1809 to 22H2Is anybody more familiar with this upgrade process and error log?2023-09-05 17:57:52, Error MOUPG CSystemHelper::CheckConnectedS - Pastebin.com
