Getting a new computer

I'm going to be switching to a new computer very soon. This current Windows 10 computer works fine, so in case someone comes along and wants to use it, I'd like to know how to completely remove all traces of me from this computer. I've got everything backed up to OneDrive, and have turned off sync, backup, and "Keep on this device." Can I safely delete stuff in C:\User\USERNAME\OneDrive without losing them in OneDrive proper?
