Driver or hardware issue related to the qualcomm atheros qcnfa344a network adapter

I have an issue with this network adaptor and possibly drivers, almost every time my laptop (Acer Aspire VX-591g) freezes and sometimes crashes with a blue screen, when the computer freezes it doesn't do it completely, I can still move the mouse and click files, have a response and so on, but it doesn't load anything related to control panel, configuration, wifi connection and also if i restart or shutdown the computer it will never fully reload or shutdown(like if its on a loop) , in task manager I can see cpu, disk and ram graphics completely freezed too, when that happens there is no way ba
