After a windows update 2 weeks ago my icloud, which was working well before this, stop syncing files. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I wiped my windows installation and reinstalled the iCloud app through the windows store. According to the iCloud Drive Log this is the errors I receive[13476 @ Fri Sep 01 2023 23:07:18.649] 12896 ERROR BRC::IconDownloadOp:
