Im getting a RadeonSoftware.exe - Application Error.

Im getting this application error and when i login to user account after restarts or force shutdown and login again. Once i enter my user account i see this error and if i click ok or close the application nothing happens just a black screen( tried waiting for hours) nothis seems to work. Tried to open the task manager but just the black screen. How do i get rid of this error? I tried to boot but nothing works. Now im not able use machine. Let me know if you have any solution?
