Random lag spikes after new windows update, how to fix?

After a recent update, I've been having these random FPS spikes happening every 10-20 minutes, I've tried mdsched.exe, optimizing both my sdd and hdd, closing background apps, restarting pc, checking for new drivers. I'm really not sure what to do, anyone help?
