hosts file missing

Hello everyone! Currently I'm learning PHP and I just wanted to edit the "hosts" file which is supposed to be at "windows/System32/drivers/etc/" but I'm not seeing the etc file. I also tried to unhidden the hidden files but the "hosts" file is nowhere to be found. I've tired the solutions from this post Redirecting And these are my "log.txt" file's contents.
