Potentially fraudulent shortcut on desktop, when attempting to remove, indicates I need admin permission (personal laptop)

Hello,I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop with Windows 10, full updated.There is a shortcut on my desktop titled "Google Chrome" however it does not have the standard Chrome logo. When attempting to delete, it indicates I need administrator privileges to do so. When attempting to open it, it says access denied, when attempting to rename it, access denied again. It appears this was put onto my desktop in 2018, however it feels like it is a new shortcut. That said - I am concerned for security purposes.Since I am not in the tech space - any step by step instructions would be helpful.
