Hi, so recently I've been having some issues with my laptop such as having my mouse freeze up on me randomly as well as some other issues. I went to check my Antis virus & threat protection and was met with this message. I've tried everything from this post: Redirecting and haven't been able to solve the problem. I don't know if this is related but I am also unable to update my windows 10, as every time I do I'm met with the message "We couldnt complete the upd
