I have no Windows Updates available to me right now, I'm pretty much up to date on my Windows 10; I did update Google Chrome, Microsoft365/Office, and Windows Defender [Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 Version 1.397.586.0] earlier, but that should not have any affect on what happenedso essentially, to test something with Task Manager processes, I shut down my PC and waited for the display to turn off completely as usual, then I turned it back on and left the room while it did the boot process.
