Ethernet speed very slow overnight on my PC

My computer download and upload speeds are sitting at around 1 mbps when my connection is 50mbps on all other devices. I’m trying to update my network drivers yet I don’t know which one to download for windows 10 pro. I currently have the intel R 1211 gigabit network connection - driver version 12.18.11.1 It was released in 2020 so I’m assuming it’s old. Which driver do I download? Is it my Ethernet cable that’s the problem?
