I check the task manager and Windows Explorer is running at 15-30% CPU and also cause other problems. Problem I’m facing: 1. When i hover the mouse cursor over an opened app icon on taskbar. the preview window appears for split second and then disappear. 2. File Explorer keep jumping back to the top when i scroll through a long list of files. All of these problems went away when I terminate Windows Explorer but task bar and desktop icons would disappear. What I’ve tried: 1. Reinstalling Windows (Keep all personal files and apps) 2.
