Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop from 2011 and am using it every day. I'm using a new SSD. The problem I'm facing is that the bluetooth seems to function properly if I connect directly to my phone or speaker, but all apps which need bluetooth I tried, end up with an error saying: Bluetooth Hardware error. I already tried to fix it with windows updates and even installed a clean windows image, but to no avail. I can't seem to find anything related to my product on Toshiba's website neither. Somehow I managed to run the pc from the old (original) Hard Drive (very slow), and bluetooth seems to work
