Blue screen issue for 1-2 seconds after waking up from sleep

Model: DELL G3 3500 Windows 10I have recently changed my laptop screen, and after a while using laptop. After my screen goes sleep, I have found there was some slight delay in response to get the screen to enter my password (during the delay time there was blue screen). Can anyone help me out, and if anyone has gone through this please share your experience that how you deal with it.
