My windows computer just today out of nowhere started saying my credentials could not be verified and I am putting in the correct pin number.

My windows computer just today out of nowhere started saying my credentials could not be verified and I am putting in the correct pin number. I have never changed it and I have tried multiple times setting up a different pen restarting the computer putting in codes and I can’t even reset my computer as in a total white every time I press on reset computer it says there was an error. I don’t know what to do and I need help ASAP.
