I downgraded from windows 11 to 10 and some of my files are locked with error message 0x80071771.

I was using windows 11 with bitlocker encryption on my drives. I downgraded to windows 10 with a fresh install but some of my files are still encrypted. There is a padlock icon on these files. I have tried some things from forums and youtube but it still does not decrypt them. It does not give me permission to open files or change Ownership.1. Giving full access to everyone2.
