So i was trying to install steam but the UAC popup opped up and there was no "Yes" button and i checked there was no administrator and prior i didnt do anything i didnt mess with UAC but out of nowhere my administrator privleges were gone so the next day i tried to re install windows 10 but when i try to some purple and yellow lines popup at the bottom of the screen and its just a blackscreen so please help me im thinking that the usb that i used was corrupted but i cant reinstall it because i dont have admin so please someone help me.
