can not find a quality update on Installed Updates, and after update I can't use USB-C

Today my PC installed a new Quality Update( 2023-08 Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-basedSystems (KB4023057), after that I can not use my USB-C, and I can not find this new update on "Progreams and Features - Installed Updates" panel. (newest installed update date shows on the panel is last month)I find this update on Settings - Windows Update - View update history - Quality Updates.I would like to know how to rollback or uninstall this new quality update that I can't find. Or fix my USB-C.
