It's as the title says, I recently bought a mic and sound splitter as my headset mic wasn't being detected by windows. However, even though the mic is now detected, it can only detect sound playing through the headset and can not pick up any sound that isn't being played on the computer.I have tried everything i can think of online to fix this such as:updating and reinstalling drivers.trying ports in the back of my pcand making sure to set up the mic (which I can't do as it can't detect my voice)I am now completely out of ideas.
