Microsoft account in Win 10, remove and replace with another existing microsoft account

Hi, this is driving me crazy,I setup a computer with my Microsoft account, it was to be my new replacement computer, nothing else was done or installed, Then before i pulled my finger out to change computers, my wife needed one for work, so I just gave her my pending new computer. She asked about my microsoft account and I said don't worry about it, well that has come back to bite me. Now with all her data and shortcuts and accounts setup and a year or so passed, she is finding it a pain because my microsoft account is the primary account.
