I want to know how to disable Alt+(almost any letter).

I use Alt+(letter) to add a longitude '' Ā, Ē, Ī''. Recently it has been opening things like the xbox gamebar (Alt+g) or closing the window (Alt+d) or Alt+a for a sidebar, many more. I don't need them, how do I turn them off?
