My email address was used by someone else to make a child account that is affiliated with a family group. I do not know any members of the group. I have recovered the account and am trying to use it but as the owner of the account is another member of the family group, not me, I am very limited in what I can do. Microsoft help chat support agents referred me to this group for assistance, and told me that the "Family Safety Group" admins monitor it.Ideally I would like to have this existing account deleted so that I can create a new account using my email address, or at least have the ownership
