I cannot reactive windows after changing hardware in 2nd time!

first time, i change MB, CPU and HDD. i can reactive my windows at this time, by license link accountbut second time, i changed hdd by new sdd, and i cannot reactive windows by same way as above.i saw that the device link to account is not correct (that is a previous laptop, now i used PC)thanks for help!
