I downloaded the Driver Support One program. After I did, my computer became very, very slow. It took forever to go from screen to screen. I immediately uninstalled the program. I sent messages to Driversupport.com and tried to cancel it as I saw the cost on my next bill. So far I can't reach them by phone nor email. They say my messages don't go through. Can you help me? I will call and cancel with my billing service, but I'm afraid it may not have cleared my computer of their program. Can you help?
