Switch account addys in Mail app

I have Windows 10 .. 64 bit.1) I want to switch my Yahoo account address that I have in Windows Mail to my G-mail account address. How do I do that?? 2) "If you delete this account, all content associated with it will be removed from this device." What device??? I don't want to lose my web based Yahoo!
