I recently factory reset my computer and just accessed Windows with a new boot. I log in and I see a file called Windows.old. I attempt to delete it, but I need permission from the SYSTEM in order to do so. I transfer all ownership of the files to my account and I'm attempting the deletion again. It's stopped by Error: 0x80070780. I'm wondering what I can do why I'm getting this error and eventually delete that Windows.old folder. Any help is appreciated. please and thank you.
