DPC Watchdog Violation error when connecting to a new wifi network

Hello,My Windows 10 HP Probook PC gives the error message DPC Watchdog Violation whenever I try to connect to a new wifi network (I don't currently have the ability to connect to an old one).I have reinstalled Windows (keeping nothing), but it hasn't helped.I have also updated my drivers, but that hasn't helped either.This is the link to the minidump files and the MSinfo32 from after I ran the driver verifier: Dropbox someone please advise?
