I was not able to log into my outlook account. There was no reset password option. I read that rebooting and pressing F11 would bring me to a system administrator area. However, this also requires a password that I don't know. I'm now stuck in this area that I need to sign in as a system administrator. Is there a way I can reset my entire computer without logging in? Or is there a tip to get out of this forced system administrator log in? After 3 attempts it shuts the computer down.Thank you!
