All the files I download irrespective of drive/folder it is downloaded in is automatically encrypted (has the padlock). How do I prevent this and only encrypt files when I manually tick in properties, e.g "Encrypt contents to secure data". I am aware I can remove the padlock from each file manually (by setting file ownership to personal) but I don't want to do this each time I download something. I think the problem started when I created a new certificate in "manage file encryption certificates".
