HI, Its a long shot but I'm hoping some kind knowledgeable person would be kind enough to help! have a WD My Passport Ultra external hardrive with lots of irreplaceable photos and videos of my family, the kids when they were young, meeting their grandparents who are no longer with us etc. I thought it was safe on this hardrive but recently we tried to access it and it wouldn't show up on any computers.
