stuck on bsod_-> automatic repair

tried to update brand new surface go 2 laptop. was stuck on updating 4% screen for hours so i turned it on and off. then bsod and automatic repair keeps coming on repeatedly. i cant go into any safe mode, nothing is working.”driver verifier dma violation” is what comes up.i know nothing about laptops and i need this laptop for college. can someone please help
