I just spent the last 6 hours trying to get this update installed on my system. It always downloads, installs, restarts, then once it has restarted it fails at startup saying "We couldn't install updates". In the update manager I get "Failed to install on 9/15/2023 - 0x80242016". I have verified I have plenty of space on the drive for updates. I have tried various things pointed out on forums with similarly stated issues. So far I have tried the following, 1. Windows update troubleshooter - It detected issues, claimed it fixed them. No effect. 2. Manual install of update. No effect. 3. Perf
